Corinne Thomas Founder 

A sales and marketing professional, Corinne has wide ranging experience in building partnerships, business development and marketing strategy. She co-founded a social purpose consultancy and has held senior roles at several non-profit organisations. Corinne is excited about the growth of natural beauty and the potential it has to help people make ethical skincare choices that are best for their holistic health. She has trained in herbal medicine and has first hand experience of plant-based skincare having created her own range for herself, family and friends for many years.

Hils Crisp – Business Consultant

Hils is an expert in the business and marketing arena of the beauty and skincare industry, having worked as a marketer for premium beauty brands since 1997. With a passion for all things natural, organic and non-toxic, she is Business Consultant for Rare Beauty and also mentors natural beauty entrepreneurs, helping new brands get off the ground across the world.

Rosie Clayton – Customer Experience and Loyalty Consultant

Rosie has worked in the customer experience and loyalty industry for over 15 years within global agencies. With a passion for designing schemes and experiences that drive brand engagement and retention, Rosie has supported in the launch of Rare Beauty with a focus on understanding the opportunity, brand offer and ongoing experience analytics. Rosie is passionate about fitness and is always looking for great products that work hard but simply for her after workout skincare routine.

Amanda Thurston – Communications Strategist

Amanda is an experienced Consumer Marketing and Communications Consultant and has worked with a number of global brands including Nestlé Professional, Bidfood, Nescafé, Hamleys, Hotels.com, and NYR Organics. However, her passion lies in supporting SMES and start-up ventures, most recently working with family retail brand Cuddledry to reinvigorate their communications strategy a decade on from Dragon’s Den, and creating a targeted campaign to launch entrepreneurial chocolate brand, Cocoa Republic.

During her twenties, she managed the PR for The RSPCA ‘Good Business Awards’, which were created to recognise businesses making strides to combat animal cruelty in the food, fashion, and beauty industries, and in that time she became increasingly aware of the many grey areas of the so called ‘ethical’ beauty industry, and the importance for consumers to look ‘behind the label.’ Now, as a mum of two, she is more conscious than ever about the products she buys, and is excited to be supporting Rare Beauty on its journey.
